Shipping + Exchange Policy

  • All orders will be shipped via USPS within 7 business days of order confirmation.

    A shipping notification will be sent via email, with a tracking number to the email provided at checkout. text goes here

  • If an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP at no additional cost .

    If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE : We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.

  • If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

    Once a package's delivery has been confirmed with proof of delivery generated by the carrier, Manifest Essentials cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues, including lost or stolen packages.

    We highly recommend using a secure delivery address to minimize the risk of lost or stolen packages.

    We value your trust and satisfaction. While we do our best to ensure a smooth shopping experience, please understand that certain circumstances, such as lost packages after delivery confirmation, are beyond our control.

  • Unfortunatly we do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We do not accept returns for any products, this policy includes both skincare and pleasure goods, unless the item was received damaged or defective ( pleasure goods ).

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for intimate products (sex toys) unless they are damaged or defective as outlined in this policy.

    We do not accept returns for products that have been used or are not in their original, packaging.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at hello.manifestessentials@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

    Provide your order number as well as clear photo or video evidence that clearly shows the damage or defect. This helps us quickly assess the issue and provide a resolution.

    Upon review and approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item or, in some cases, may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
